Cresco, IA, Uneven Concrete Leveled
Challenge
A homeowner in Cresco, IA, noticed that their back patio was sinking and disliked the appearance. Hoping to avoid concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into "concrete repair near me", and one of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our previous projects, the homeowner knew we were the ideal choice for their home. One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Nate.
Solution
A few weeks later, Nate arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Nate noted that several slabs were suffering from settlement and continuing to sink. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Nate recommended inserting PolyLevel below the sunken slabs. Knowing this was the best plan of action, Nate agreed and worked with the homeowner to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Patrick and his crew started by securing PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the walkway, back patio, and driveway. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to NexusPro, a silicone joint solution. As soon as the products were secured, Jordan and his crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew. If your home is experiencing a similar issue, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
