Solution
A few days later, Derek traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the basement. During the inspection, Derek confirmed the sidewalk was suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Derek recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk back to its original level. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Derek to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Charlie and his crew started by securing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. PolyLevel is a polyurthane foam injection solution that lifts sunken slabs back to their original position. Next, the crew shifted to installing NexusPro in the cracks and joints of the concrete. NexusPro is a silicone-based solution. Once all the cracks were filled, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work the crew completed.
