Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist. The Design Specialist promptly arrived and began the thorough inspection of the basement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, the Design Specialist recommended securing PolyLevel, a polyurthane foam injection solution, below the sunken patio. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking patio. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to taking out the old joints and replacing them with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After both products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by Jordan and his crew.
