Challenge
A homeowner in West Fargo, ND, tripping walking into their home one evening. Worried this could lead to injuries, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with a solution. One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, James. A few days later, James traveled to the home to begin the inspection. During the inspection, James noted the sidewalk was sinking and recommended lifting it back to the original position. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with James to find the best installation date.
Solution
When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Charlie and his crew began by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was secured below the sinking slabs, the crew shifted to repairing the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. As soon as all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their tripping hazard was eliminated.
