Uneven Concrete in New Hampton, IA, Repaired
Challenge
A homeowner in New Hampton, IA, noticed their driveway and walkway were sinking severly. Hoping to avoid mudjacking, the homeowner knew they needed to look into "concrete leveling". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Nathan. A few days later, Nathan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the concrete.
Solution
During the inspection, Nathan confirmed that the walkway and sidewalk were sinking due to settlement. To prevent this issue from worsening, Nathan recommended securing PolyLevel below the sunken slabs. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Nathan to find the best plan of action. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Patrick, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Patrick and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel below the sunken slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to cleaning up their matierals and leaving the home. The homeowner was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
