Solution
A few days later, Nathan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Nathan noted that several areas were suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Nathan recommended securing several concrete lifting and repair products. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Nathan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Jordan and his crew began by securing PolyLevel below the sinking concrete slabs. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to replacing the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution.
