Challenge
A homeowner in Bismarck, ND, noticed it was time to schedule their annual maintenance appointment. The homeowner contacted our Appointment Center and scheduled their annual maintenance appointment. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Service Technician, Zeke. A few days later, Zeke traveled to the home to begin the thorough evaluation of the installed products.
Solution
During the evaluation, Zeke confirmed all the products were working at top efficiency. During the evaluation, the homeowner mentioned to Zeke that their front patio concrete was sunken and uneven. Zeke went out and took a closer look at the damaged concrete. Zeke confirmed the concrete was suffering from settlement and sinking. To stop these issues from worsening, Zeke recommended lifting and leveling the patio back to its original level. The homeowner agreed with Zeke's recommendations, and then they worked with him to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the lift. First, Charlie and his crew inserted PolyLevel below the sunken slab. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution in the cracks and joints of the damaged concrete. After both products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
