Horace, ND, Sinking Concrete Driveway Repaired
Challenge
A homeowner in Horace, ND, noticed their driveway was uneven and damaged. Uncertain of the cause, the homeowner worried this could cause damage to their vehicles. Hoping to avoid replacing their driveway, the homeowner looked into "concrete driveway repair". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to take a closer look at our concrete lifting and leveling services. Impressed with our five-star reviews, the homeowner knew that we were the ideal company for their project and signed up for their FREE estimate.
Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. A few days later, Dylan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Dylan noted the slabs on the driveway were sinking and settling. To prevent the slabs from sinking and settling, Dylan recommended installing PolyLevel below the slabs and repairing the joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Dylan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the PolyLevel installation. First, Charlie and his crew started by installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to inserting NexusPro, a silicone-based solution in the cracks and joints of the concrete. Once both products were secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. If you notice your driveway is sinking, sign up for your FREE estimate today!
