Solution
A few days later, Nathan traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection. During the inspection, Nathan noted the walkway was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Nathan recommended securing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Nathan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Jordan, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew inserted PolyLevel below all the slabs of the walkway. After all the PolyLevel was inserted, Jordan and his crew shifted to repairing one of the joints of the walkway with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew.
