James promptly arrived at the home and began the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, James noted that several areas were suffering from concrete sinking. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, the crew shifted to repairing the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution.
