A homeowner in Fargo, ND, noticed the sidewalk around their property was sinking and uneven. Solution
A few days later, Ian traveled to the home to begin the thorough inspection of the exterior concrete. During the inspection, Ian noted that the sidewalk was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Ian recommended lifting and leveling the sinking concrete with PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was the best solution, the homeowner agreed and worekd with Ian to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. First, Charlie and his crew began by securing PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was inserted, Charlie and his crew shifted to repairing the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Finally, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left the home. The homeowner was happy with the work completed by the crew.
