Uneven Concrete Raising in Hudson, WI
Challenge
In Hudson, WI, a homeowner noticed the slabs settling along their walkway, causing a large step-up height in front of the steps. Knowing the issue would only worsen over time, they began looking into concrete repair contractors in the area and found us. Impressed by our before and after concrete repair photos, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.
Solution
In about a week, our Design Specialist, Justin M., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, he took a close look at the concrete around the home, noting the areas that need stabilizing and measuring how much the slabs have settled. After reporting his findings, he worked with the homeowner to create the right solution to their concrete concerns. Justin recommended installing PolyLevel, our poly foam expanding solution installed beneath the slabs to effectively lift them, and NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant that is UV-resistant to seal the joints and cracks. Happy with the recommendations, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Jordan S., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the sunken slabs. PolyLevel is then injected beneath, compacting the soil. Once the slabs have been raised to the desired height, the crew ensures they are level before sealing the holes. Lastly, they seal the joints and cracks with NexusPro. Now, our customer can have peace of mind! Looking for concrete repair solutions? Click HERE to schedule your FREE estimate today!
