Concrete Leveling Photo Album: Sunken Concrete Driveway Raised in Zumbro Falls, MN
Over time, the concrete on the driveway has settled roughly 3 inches, creating a large trip hazard.
Jared is injecting the foam into the holes in the concrete slab. He is feeling the crack between the driveway and the garage to make sure the concrete is raising properly.
He is now sealing the cracks with our Nexus Pro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a nice looking finish.
Jared and Trevor raised the driveway over 3 inches to make the concrete driveway level with the garage floor. The home owners were thrilled with the results!
Album Description
Marilyn P. in Zumbro Falls, MN was tired of dealing with a sunken driveway. It was getting worse over time, and it had become a trip hazard for her and her husband. They saw a commercial for American Waterworks on television and decided it was time to contact us for a free estimate. We sent our Design Specialist, Don Mancilman, to their home to inspect the situation and design a solution for them. They were excited to hear that our PolyLevel concrete repair option is a durable, faster and more affordable alternative to traditional concrete repair.
Our Foreman, Jared Wroblewski, and Co-Foreman, Trevor Ellingson, drilled small holes throughout the concrete slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. The entire process only took 3 hours, and now Marilyn and her husband are able to enjoy level concrete for years to come. They are thrilled with the outcome and happy with how quick and non-invasive the project was. We are happy we were able to restore their peace of mind!
