Schedule Annual Maintenance
As soil underneath a concrete slab shrinks, settles or washes away, this leaves empty space, or voids, beneath the slab.
With the soil no longer supporting the slab, the concrete will sink, creating an uneven surface.
You shouldn't have to worry about a trip hazard or wobbling table and chairs on your patio.
Our driveway leveling process can eliminate unsafe conditions and improve the curb appeal of your home. The life of your driveway will also be extended for years without the need for replacement.
PolyLevel is an expanding polyurethane foam that is injected beneath the concrete to fill the gaps caused by soil erosion and raise and stabilize the concrete surface.
Concrete leveling can provide a safe, even surface.
The crew sealed the cracks with our Nexus Pro sealant which protects the concrete and gives it a nice looking finish.
Araba A. in Rochester, MN contacted American Waterworks through the Home Advisor online referral site. His driveway and sidewalk leading up to his home, along with his patio, had sunk several inches, and he was tired of dealing with the trip hazard. We sent one of our Design Specialists, Kevin Beseman, to inspect the concrete and propose a solution. Adjei was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel concrete repair option is more durable and less-invasive than traditional mudjacking or concrete replacement, and he scheduled the project.
Our Foreman, Brandon Wiskow, and Co-Foreman, Tyler Brockway, drilled small holes throughout the concrete and patio slabs that needed to be raised. Next, they injected the foam into the holes until the slabs were raised back to their original position. They covered up the holes with concrete and then sealed the cracks in the concrete with our Nexus Pro sealant. Adjei was impressed with the process and is glad he chose American Waterworks to lift and restore his concrete!
