Settling Walkway Lifted in Rosemount, MN

Challenge

A homeowner in Rosemount, MN, had noticed the slabs in front of their home had begun sinking, causing the walkway to become uneven. Concerned about the possible safety risks, the homeowner knew they needed expert advice and decided to contact us to schedule their FREE estimate.

Solution

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Mitch S., arrived at the home to assess the concrete. During the inspection, he took a close look at the areas of concern and created a proposal tailored to the homeowner's issue. In that proposal, Mitch recommended lifting the slabs with PolyLevel, our foam-expanding solution, and sealing the joints with NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant. Not wanting to go through the mess of mudjacking, the homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.
