Radon Risk Reduced in Wahpeton, ND

Challenge

A homeowner in Wahpeton, ND, recently read an article on the dangers of radon. Worried their home was suffering from high radon levels, the homeowner knew they needed to find an expert to provide them with an answer and a solution. One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks, so the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, we sent James, one of our Design Specialists, to the home.

Solution

James promptly arrived at the home and started the estimate appointment. First, James started a radon test in the home. While the test was being completed, James searched for the best place to install the Radon Mitigation System. After the test was completed, the results showed that the levels were alarmingly high in the home. To lower this level, James recommended installing the Radon Mitigation System, and the homeowner agreed. Next, James and the homeowner worked together to find the best installation date. Once the date was selected, we assigned our Radon Sales & Service Technician, Jackson, to the home to begin the installation. First, Jackson traveled to the home. Next, Jackson installed the Radon Mitigation System on the south side of the home. After the Radon Mitigation System was secured, Jackson cleaned up his materials and left the home.
