Challenge

In Rochester, MN, a homeowner read an article that went over the health risks of radon. Concerned for their family, the homeowner decided to look into radon testing kits and tested the radon levels in their home. After a couple of days, the test results were above 4pCi/L, and the homeowner decided to contact us to have a radon mitigation system installed in their home.

Solution

In less than a week, our Sales Manager, Jesse H., arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection. During the inspection, Jesse took a close look at the layout of the home and determined the best placement for our radon mitigation system. After proposing to have a PVC pipe installed through the concrete floor of the home and having the fan installed at the exterior, the homeowner agreed and scheduled the installation.

In about a month, our Foreman, Dakota M., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. Once it was successfully installed, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
