Radon Reduction Secured in Rochester, MN
Challenge
While watching television, a radon awareness ad grabbed the attention of a homeowner in Rochester, MN. Worried about the levels in their home, the homeowner decided to go to their local hardware store and pick up a radon test. Once the test was completed, it showed that the levels were alarmingly high. Worried this was negatively affecting their health, the homeowner looked into "radon abatement companies near me". One of the first companies to grab their attention was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner recognized one of our Service Technicians, Darin, so they requested to have he go out to perform the FREE estimate.
Solution
Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for Darin to arrive. Darin traveled to the home to begin. After he arrived, Darin searched for the best place to install the system. He found that the attic above the garage would be the best placement. Darin shared his findings with the homeowner, and they agreed on the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, Gus, one of our Radon foremen, traveled to the home to begin the installation. Gus and his crew succesfully secured the Radon Mitigation System in the home. Once the system was secured, the crew cleaned up their matierals and left. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their radon risk was lowered.
