Solution
Once the appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Gary. A few days later, Gary promptly arrived at the home and began the radon test. While the radon test was being completed, Gary searched for the best installation area. When the test was completed, it showed the levels were dangerously high. To prevent this issue from continuing, Gary recommended securing a Radon Mitigation System inside the home. The homeowner agreed with Gary’s suggestions, and then they worked together to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Dakota, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. Dakota and his crew started by securing the Radon Mitigation System outside the home. After the Radon Mitigation System was secured, Dakota and his crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was given peace of mind knowing their radon risk was reduced.
