Our production team installed drainage matting, TerraBlock and SilverGlo along the dirt floor and the walls. Then, they covered the crawl space with our CleanSpace vapor barrier, which keeps moisture out. After the installation, Mac noticed a reduction in his energy bills and was pleased that there was no longer a musty smell in his home.

Rick went to her home, carefully inspected her problems, and drew out the solution of our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain. Holly was confident in Rick's proposal, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard. Not only does it serve as an underground drain, but it also collects water leaking from basement walls and prevents water or mud clogs during harsh weather conditions. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with pea gravel and applied new concrete over them, ensuring that the basement was cleaner than when they found it. Holly was satisfied with the work that was completed!

A homeowner in Alma, WI, was cleaning around their porch when they discovered that the foundation was cracking. Following his evaluation, Brain suggested that the walls be permanently stabilized and concrete be lifted. The homeowner agreed with Brian's suggestions and a crew was assigned to complete the task. Our Foreman and his crew went to the home and began the project.  The crew began by attempting to lift and level the concert in the garage using the PolyLevel. Additionally, they attempted to fill the crack on the garage floor. After lifting the garage floor, the crew shifted their focus to stabilizing the failing walls. For this case, the crew decided to incorporate Geo-Locks to stabilize the cracking wall underneath the porch. Finally, the crew cleaned the job site and ensured everything was installed properly. A homeowner in Alma, WI, was doing yard work when they discovered the foundation near the garage was separating. Concerned by this discovery, the homeowner searched for a solution. Knowing that reaching out to a professional company would be best, the homeowner decided to work with American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. We sent our Design Specialist, Brian, to investigate the issue. Following his investigation, Brian determined that the wall needed to be stabilized and garage floor leveled. Wanting to solve the issue, the homeowner agreed with Brian's suggestions. Once the plans were set, they were sent to the assigned crew. 

Our Foreman, Oscar, and his crew arrived a the home and began by leveling the garage floor. To level the garage floor, the crew used PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution that restores the appearance and safety of concrete. To install the PolyLevel, the crew strategically drills small 5/8" holes into the slab. Then, the injection ports are installed into the foundation. Next, the polyurethane foam is injected underneath the concrete to fill gaps and raise the slab. Finally, the holes and control joints are sealed. After completing the concrete leveling, the crew moved on to stabilizing the struggling foundation wall. To stabilize the foundation wall, the crew utilized Geo-Lock wall anchors, an innovative wall anchor system that stabilizes the foundation wall by anchoring the wall to untouched soil. First, the crew excavated a small section of the lawn to insert the first Geo-Lock anchor. Then, a small steel pole is pushed through the soil to connect to the interior Geo-Lock anchor. Once the Geo-Lock anchors are connected and secured, the crew covers the hole in the lawn. The homeowner was delighted by the job well done by the crew.
