The heavy-duty earth anchors, placed in stable soil and linked to the walls via steel rods, successfully halted further inward movement of the walls. The WaterGuard is a below-floor drain that rests in a bed of drainage stone on top of the foundation footing. The crew installs the WaterGuard by digging channels around the perimeter of the basement floor. Once the channels are dug, the crew can go ahead and place the drainage stone in the channels. The WaterGuard is then placed on top of the stone and covered with cement. Once the WaterGuard is in place, the crew could shift their focus to removing the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe. The crew installed a feedline across the floor to connect the TripleSafe to the new WaterGuard. Next, the crew attached GeoLock Wall Anchors to the struggling foundation walls. Finally, the crew wrapped up by attaching CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home.
