Unfortunately, his basement had already been finished, so he had to rip up all of his carpets and throw out other water-damaged belongings. We sent one of our Design Specialists to his home to provide him with a free estimate and design the right solution for his challenges. He was pleased with the thorough solution we developed, so he scheduled the installation.

Our production team installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement floor, a SuperSump sump pump, and our CleanSpace vapor barrier system. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, where it is then pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. The CleanSpace vapor barrier brightens the basement while protecting it from moisture and potential mold growth. To begin the installation, our foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production crew broke out the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor to form a waterway. Next, they broke out the concrete down the middle of the basement floor to form a feed line to the other end of the basement. On the other end, our crew installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System in connection with the feed line. Next, Jose and his crew installed 112 feet of CleanSpace around the perimeter of the basement wall. The purpose of CleanSpace is to protect the wall and basement from any mold, mildew or humidity. Lastly, our production team installed 112 feet of our WaterGuard in the trench. Our WaterGuard serves as an underground draining system, prevents water clogs, and catches any contaminated water from underneath the CleanSpace. To complete the installation, our team covered all the open WaterGuard and feed line gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Cynthia was extremely happy and blessed we were able to help her when she needed it most!
