Don C. in Harmony, MN had water leaking into his basement and his current sump pump was not able to keep up with the amount of water seeping into his basement. He contacted us based on a referral, so we sent our Design Specialist, Mac Cole, to his home to inspect the issue and provide him with a FREE estimate. Mac developed a thorough plan to waterproof Don's basement and Don was pleased with the proposal, so he scheduled to have our waterproofing system installed. 

Our production team started the installation by removing the concrete around the perimeter of the basement floor and laying our WaterGuard drainage system. Then, they installed a TripleSafe sump pump, which is our most reliable sump pump, and replaced the concrete. Now, water that seeps into his basement is drained through the WaterGuard drainage system to the sump pump. From there, the water is pumped through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Don is glad he chose to invest in a long-term solution to protect his basement.

A homeowner in Harmony, MN, was cleaning their basement when they discovered a water stain along their basement footing. When Clay arrived at the home, he began inspecting the basement and the already-installed products. Following his in-depth analysis, Clay recommended fully waterproofing their basement to prevent further damage. The homeowner agreed and the plans were directed to the assigned crew. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the project. Once they arrived, the crew started by installing the WaterGuard around the entire basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew replaced the old sump pump with the TripleSafe sump pump. Moving forward, Raul and the crew installed an IceGuard on the outside discharge line. Finally, the crew put the FoamMax on the exterior foundation walls. Once all the products were installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. In Harmony, MN a homeowner was upset with how much her driveway had sunk over the years. It had created a large bump between the concrete and the garage floor and every time she drove in and out her car would hit it. She wanted to find a solution sooner than later and eliminate the bump problem and restore the driveway space. Going online to find a company with concrete repair services, she came across our website because of our American Waterworks reviews from past customers. She decided to schedule a FREE estimate with us to learn more before agreeing to any project plans. We sent over one of our Design Specialists to the home where he inspected the driveway and prepared his recommendations. He informed the homeowner of our quality products for concrete, and she quickly became interested and agreed to the installation of some to get her driveway fully repaired. The plans were approved and sent to one of our Foremen, Dylon VanCanneyt and his crew to first install our PolyLevel foam. They drilled small holes throughout the driveway, inserted ports through the holes, and injected the solution inside until the concrete slabs were fully lifted back up and gap was gone. Later, another one of our Foremen, Ryan Trogstad, went to the site to carry out the installation of the other two products. He filled in the empty joints with NexusPro sealant and spread a thin layer of SealantPro on top of the entire driveway to prevent any flaking or discoloration from occurring. The homeowner was thrilled with the look of her driveway and relieved to have the bump gone for good.

After the appointment was approved, the homeowner awaited the arrival of one of our Service Technicians, Clay. After Clay arrived at the home, he began his thorough investigation. Clay found that the water was seeping near the basement footing, so he came up with a suggested plan that would eliminate the water damage risk. The homeowner agreed with Clay's suggested plan, and production preparation began. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home and prepared the basement for production. First, the crew dug and placed the WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement. The WaterGuard system is our patented below-floor drain that rests in a drainage bed on top of the foundation footing. The WaterGuard is mainly used as a drain system due to its resistance to water clogs, easy access ports, and ability to collect leaking water. The crew dug channels around the perimeter of the basement and then placed the WaterGuard in those channels. Once the WaterGuard was installed, the crew took out the old sump pump and replaced it with our TripleSafe sump pump. Next, the crew went outside and installed the IceGuard on the discharge line. Finally, the crew attached the Foamax, foam insulation panel that reduces condensation for exceptional moisture protection. After all the products were successfully installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was glad to know their basement was safe from future flooding.
