Solution
During the inspection, Ryan confirmed that the basement was experiencing water intrusion. To prevent the issue from worsening, Ryan suggested securing several waterproofing products throughout the basement. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with Ryan to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Raul, and his crew traveled to the home to begin. First, Raul and his crew started by securing WaterGuard around the basement perimeter. Once the WaterGuard was secured, the crew shifted to taking out the old sump pump and replacing it with the TripleSafe sump pump. Finally, the crew attached CleanSpace to the unfinished basement walls. The crew was grateful for the excellent work completed by the crew.
