Foreman Matt Zeller and his crew installed our Wall Anchor System to fix the cracked foundation and our Waterproofing System to transform Mr. Geerts basement into a dry, functional space.

Adam U. of New Hampton, IA had water leaking throughout his basement, making him worry about water moisture and mold build-up. He called American Waterworks to learn more information about our basement waterproofing repair products. He requested a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Brandon Johnson. Brandon went to his home, inspected his basement, and provided a solution. Adam was confident in Brandon's proposal, so he went ahead with the installation. 

Our Foreman, Raul Barroso, and his production team started the installation by breaking out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard System. Our WaterGuard is an underground drainage system that collects water seepage from basement walls and prevents water clogs. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System around the wall perimeter of the basement. Our CleanSpace is a 100% waterproof plastic vapor barrier that is great for unfinished basements. It is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and it prevents mold build-up and humidity. Lastly, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump System, which provides three layers of protection and solves all three water problems in one system. To complete the project, Raul and his team covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Adam was thrilled with the work, and had a remarkable experience from start to finish!

Next, our team replaced her pre-existing sump pump with our TripleSafe, which has three layers of water protection and solves all three water problems in one unit. To complete the installation, our team filled the open-floor gaps with rock and applied new concrete over them, ensuring the space was neat and clean.
