Failed Sump in Saint Peter, MN

Ronald M. in Saint Peter, MN realized that his sump pump had failed when he noticed water pooling in his basement. He had seen our advertisements before and thought we might be able to assist him, so he gave us a call and set up a free estimate. One of our Design Specialists, Jeremy Radtke, went to his home a few days later to evaluate the problem onsite. Jeremy developed a waterproofing plan for Ronald's basement that included the installation of our TripleSafe sump pump and a partial WaterGuard installation. The WaterGuard drainage system drains to the sump pump and is then expelled outside of the home through the discharge line.

Since the installation of Ronald's waterproofing system, his basement has remained dry. He no longer has to worry about the damages that water can cause once it enters the home.

Basement Waterproofed in Lafayette, MN

Robert and Laurie F. of Lafayette, MN had water seeping underneath the stairs in their basement, enough to the point where they didn't know what to do. Leaking Basement Waterproofed in Nicollet, MN

Raoul and Thia of Nicollet, MN had basement leaking throughout their basement, making them worry about the value and safety of their home. They looked for waterproofing contractors in the phone book and came across American Waterworks. After talking to our Customer Care department, Raoul and Thia scheduled a FREE Estimate. Our Design Specialist went to their home to inspect the issue and come up with a solution. Raoul and Thia were comfortable with the proposal, so they followed through with the project.

Our Foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete of the basement floor and forming a trench. Our crew installed our WaterGuard in the trench, which is a system that prevents water clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our TripleSafe Sump Pump, which provides triple the protection and solves the three problems of sump pump failure in one pumping system. Lastly, our crew covered all the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. To complete the project, our team applied our CleanSpace Wall System around the walls, which is a plastic vapor barrier that prevents mold and humidity and gives the basement a clean appearance. Leaking Basement Repaired in Courtland, MN

Tylor and Ashlee D. of Courtland, MN had water leaking into their basement underneath their carpet, making them feel uncomfortable living in their own home. They called American Waterworks to set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to their home to inspect their water problems and come up with a solution. Tylor and Ashlee were content with the presentation and design, so they moved forward with the project.

Our Foreman and his crew started the installation process by cutting out the concrete perimeter with a jackhammer, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed 44 feet of our WaterGuard System, which serves as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and prevents water clogs. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Our crew waited for the concrete to dry, then put the carpet back on. Tylor and Ashlee were both happy with the installation and had a great experience from start to finish!
