One of our PolyLevel experts drilled holes small holes into the concrete on Michael’s stoop. He then injected the PolyLevel foam until the stoop was raised and the void in the staircase had been closed. Our foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production crew started the Push Pier Foundation System installation by excavating all the soil around the foundation, allowing enough room for the guys to begin and complete the installation. Then, they installed a strong steel bracket underneath the foundation. Next, the piers were pushed through the bracket until it hit supportive soil. The weight of the home was carefully shifted onto the piers which stabilized and supported the home. Push piers are the best foundation repair system when soil circumstances are poor, providing a long-term solution for any settlement problems. After the push pier installation was complete, Hugo and his crew replaced the soil.

In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which collects water from the basement walls, prevents water and mud from plugging up, and it serves as an underground drain that works efficiently with the sump pump. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump system in the corner of the basement, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. Lastly, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, gives the basement a clean and neat appearance, and saves money on energy bills. To complete the installation, our team filled the open gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them.
