He then injected the PolyLevel foam until the stoop was raised and the void in the staircase had been closed. Our foreman, Hugo Sanchez, and his production crew started the Push Pier Foundation System installation by excavating all the soil around the foundation, allowing enough room for the guys to begin and complete the installation. Then, they installed a strong steel bracket underneath the foundation. Next, the piers were pushed through the bracket until it hit supportive soil. The weight of the home was carefully shifted onto the piers which stabilized and supported the home. Push piers are the best foundation repair system when soil circumstances are poor, providing a long-term solution for any settlement problems. After the push pier installation was complete, Hugo and his crew replaced the soil.

To complete the project, Kiko and his crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump system in the corner of the basement, which is made to keep basements clean and dry for long periods of time. Lastly, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall System Vapor Barrier around the wall perimeter, which is made to prevent mold and humidity build-up, gives the basement a clean and neat appearance, and saves money on energy bills. The CleanSpace was also installed to cover the walls for any future water vapor near the walls to move down to the drain. Finally, the crew placed a layer of concrete on top of the WaterGuard system and around the TripleSafe pump to hold the products in place and provide extra protection. The crew cleaned up the space after installations had finished and left the site in great condition.
