Our crew installed 4 wall anchors from the outside of her garage into the soil underneath the concrete in the garage. They drilled long rods through the brick until they hit supportive soil. They removed the concrete in the garage where they would need to put on the plates for the anchors. They installed the plates on either end of the rod and tightened the anchors. Lastly, they replaced the concrete and cleaned up their work area. The anchors secure and stabilize the wall. They continue to straighten the walls and can be tightened over time as the wall gradually moves back into place. After the inspection was complete, Kyle then proposed to Marilyn and Dale that the best solution is to invest in our PolyLevel and NexusPro Solution. Our Foreman, Ben Koehler, and his crew then proceeded with the project strategically drilling holes in the problem slabs and injecting the PolyLevel solution. The PolyLevel solution is a polyurethane foam that is injected underneath the concrete slabs filling the voids that were left by soil erosion and stabilizing the concrete slab. Once set and done the crew proceeds to apply the NexusPro Solution to the cracks and joints of the concrete slabs. The NexusPro Solution is a silicone-based solution that seals the joints and cracks and protects the PolyLevel for water and water vapor. The NexusPro Solution is also a tough solution that has a protectant against UV light to prevent the seal from drying and cracking.
