Our crew removed the concrete perimeter of the basement and laid the WaterGuard drainage system. This system guides water properly to the sump pump, which then discharges the water to the outside of the home. We screwed on and tightened and anchor plate at the ends of each rod to anchor the rods in place. Next, our Foreman and his crew installed and tightened our wall anchors on the inside of the foundation wall. This system stabilizes foundation walls by anchoring the walls to the hard-packed soil beyond the foundation. To complete the project, our team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard was neater than when they found it!
