Water Seeping into Basement in New Richland, MN

Thomas M. from New Richland, MN had water seeping into his basement that was coming up through his floor. Thomas was pleased with Mac’s plan to waterproof his basement, so they scheduled the installation.

Our production team installed our WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement and a TripleSafe sump pump that was connected to the drainage system. The TripleSafe is our most reliable pump because it has three pumps and it is protected with a battery backup. The WaterGuard properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is expelled from the home through the discharge line. Thomas is thrilled that his basement has been a dry, healthier space since having our system installed.
