Wet Basement Waterproofed in Sartell, MN

Robert J. of Sartell, MN had water issues in his basement, causing him to worry about his home repair needs. Our Design Specialist, Russ Stier, went to Robert's home, carefully inspected his issues, and drew up a solution that would work for him and his budget. Robert was confident in Russ's proposal and was comfortable with our products, so he went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman, Kiko Pena, and his production crew broke out the concrete perimeter and installed our WaterGuard Below Floor Drain, which works hand-in-hand with the sump pump to pump water out efficiently and effectively. It also prevents mud clogs and collects water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our SuperSump Plus M53 Sump Pump System which is a sump pump that operates with two pumps and keeps basements clean and dry. To complete the work, our team filled the broken-out trench with river rock to prevent dirt to seep in and applied a new layer of concrete over them. Robert was happy with the work that was done and had a good experience with our team!
