Wet Basement Waterproofed in Minneapolis, MN

A male homeowner of Minneapolis, MN had water seeping into his basement and he wanted to get it repaired before it got any worse. He got in contact with American Waterworks and scheduled a FREE estimate. Our Design Specialist went to the homeowner's house, inspected their water problem, and proposed a solution. The homeowner got all of his questions answered so he went ahead with the project. 

Our Foreman and his crew started the project by installing our Foamax Wall Panels around the entire wall perimeter, which is a protective, foam blanket that prevents water from leaking through the wall and it saves lots of money on energy costs. Next, our team broke out the corner of the concrete floor and installed our SuperSump Plus M53, which discharges the water out of the basement by staying away from the foundation. To complete the project, our crew filled the open-floor gaps with river rock and applied a new layer of concrete over it, ensuring the space was much cleaner and tidy than they found it.
