Cy S. in Viroqua, WI contacted American Waterworks because he had water in his basement and his new addition. He met with one of our Design Specialists, who proposed that the best solution was to install a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system and a SuperSump sump pump. 

Our Foreman, Arturo Mares, and his crew installed our WaterGuard drainage system. They removed a section of the concrete floor around the perimeter and created a drainage trench. The WaterGuard is then placed within the trench and filled back with rock to fill the gaps. They also installed our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls to protect the room from moisture and potential mold growth. The encapsulation system will now guide water leaking in through the foundation walls and redirect it to their WaterGuard perimeter floor drainage system and ultimately drain into the SuperSump sump pump. Cy is pleased that his basement is now a dry, healthier space and he is glad he chose to invest in the long-term protection of his home.

Donald W. of Viroqua, WI had a sunken sidewalk, and he wanted to get it lifted and repaired by a professional. He found an American Waterworks advertisement in the newspaper, so he called our office staff and scheduled a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Marcus Nigbur. Our Foreman, Tyler Brockway, and his crew member injected our PolyLevel to lift and stabilize the concrete surface, which is a special foam insulation that fills the voids underneath the concrete surface. Next, our team applied our NexusPro over the cracks to prevent moisture from seeping underneath the slab and to give the concrete a clean, polished appearance. A homeowner in Westby, WI, knew it was about time to have their older home's foundation inspected. Unsure where to begin, the homeowner started by simply searching for 'foundation repair' in their area. The first company to populate was us, American Waterworks. The homeowner looked into our previous jobs and was impressed by our work. Knowing we were the best option, the homeowner signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate details were set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of one of our Design Specialists, Dustin. Upon his arrival, Dustin introduced himself to the homeowners and began his inspection of the home. Dustin found that the foundation floors required stabilization and the crawl space encapsulated. The homeowners wanted to have their issues resolved, so they wanted to hear Dustin's recommendations. Dustin suggested that the foundation floors be stabilized using SmartJacks. The homeowners agreed and the production preparations commenced. Our Foreman, Raul, and his crew were assigned to complete the job. After they arrived, the crew began by removing and cleaning the debris in the crawl space. Once the crawl space was cleaned, the crew could start installing SmartJacks throughout the crawl space. After the SmartJacks were properly secured, the crew shifted their focus to installing the Drainage Matting on the floor. Next, the crew installed the CleanSpace on all walls and floors in the crawl space. The crew successfully stabilized and encapsulated the crawl space. The homeowners were relieved to know their basement was no longer at risk. American Waterworks is happy to provide another customer peace of mind. 

David S. in Harpers Ferry, IA was unhappy with his cracked and uneven patio. He wanted it completely level and to have the cracks sealed. Our concrete repair experts drilled small holes in the concrete slabs and then injected the polymer foam to raise the slabs to be even with the garage floor. Once the concrete was raised, the crew replaced the concrete in the holes and sealed the concrete slabs with our SealantPro which protects the concrete and gives it a nice, finished look. The process took a couple of hours and now David can enjoy a beautiful patio for years to come!
