Michael H. of Bluffton, MN had water coming in through the sidewall of his basement during rainstorms, and he wanted to get it looked at by a professional. He researched contractors on HomeAdvisor and came across American Waterworks so he requested a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Roger. Roger went to Michael's home, carefully inspected his problem, and drew out a solution. Roger proposed our WaterGuard BelowFloor Drain, which prevents water clogs, serves as an underground drain and collects water from basement walls. Joe, from Bertha, MN, got in touch with us when he had enough of dealing with unwanted water intrusion in his basement.
