During the inspection, the Design Specialist noted the walkway was sinking due to settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, the Design Specialist recommended lifting and leveling the sidewalk back into place. Knowing this was the best plan of action, the homeowner agreed and worked with the Design Specialist to find the best installation date. When the installation date arrived, our Foreman, Brandon, and his crew traveled to the home to begin the detailed inspection. First, Brandon and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. Once the PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to replacing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the excellent work completed by the crew. A homeowner in Rockwell, IA, noticed there was a large gap growing between their driveway and garage. The homeowner agreed with Brady's suggestions, so the plans were directed to our Foreman, Sam, and his crew. Sam and his crew traveled to Rockwell and started the project. First, the crew began by taking out all the old joints and replacing them with the NexusPro Joint Sealant. After all the joints were taken out and replaced, Sam and his crew filled the cracks with the NexusPro Crack Repair. After the cracks were filled and repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the yard as good as new.
