If you need help lifting your home to its original position, push piers are the right products for you. These piers are mechanically advanced into the soil using small construction equipment. As they are installed, they prevent any future settlement issues.
Eric M. of Park Rapids, MN took his entire boathouse down because his foundation was settling. He wanted to build another one but needed to make sure it had a structural base to build. Our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, worked with him and told him about our helical piers. Eric decided to move forward with Rick's proposal and build his boathouse on top of the pier brackets once installed.
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his crew installed 11 of our Helical Pier Porch Brackets in Eric's desired location. He was very happy with the work and is looking forward to beginning building his boathouse. Overall, rather than replacing an entire house or building, our helical piers are made specifically for home and settlement repairs. Our Foreman, Corey Tollefson, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which serves as an underground drain that connects to the sump pump. Our WaterGuard is one of the most common waterproofing products because of its easy-to-access service ports, its resistance to clogs, and its ability to collect water seepage from basement walls. Next, our team installed our CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier System, which is similar to an extra wall protectant. Our CleanSpace is pliable enough to cover uneven surfaces and irregular walls, including areas with divots or rock. It also prevents any mold and humidity and provides the basement with a neat and clean appearance. Joe and Christina were amazed by the transformation, and had a great experience from start to finish!
