Mary C. just moved into a new home in South Saint Paul, MN. After a couple of days, she noticed water seeping into her basement through a crack in the foundation. She saw a commercial for American Waterworks on the television and saw that we offer basement waterproofing, foundation repair, concrete repair, and radon mitigation. She decided to call us for a free estimate, so we sent out one of our Design Specialists, Chad Johnson, to inspect her basement and design a solution. Chad came up with a thorough waterproofing plan to ensure that her basement would remain dry for years to come. Mary was pleased with the proposal that Chad presented to her, so she scheduled a date to have our waterproofing system installed.

Our production team installed a full perimeter of our WaterGuard drainage system, a TripleSafe sump pump and CleanSpace throughout the crawl space and halfway up the basement wall. The WaterGuard is a drainage system that properly drains the water to the sump pump- which then discharges the water from the home. The CleanSpace vapor barrier works to protect the basement from humidity and mold. The combination of these waterproofing products ensure that Mary’s basement will remain a clean, dry space.

Bill reached out to American Waterworks to find a solution that would permanently fix his garage and damp deteriorating walls. 

Jared, one of our Design Specialists, met with Bill to provide a FREE quote. Jared listened to Bill's questions and concerns, performed a detailed inspection, and designed a solution that met all of Bill’s needs. Bill was pleased with the proposal and scheduled the installation.

A homeowner in South Saint Paul, MN, noticed the sidewalk around their home was uneven and jagged. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner began looking into "sidewalk lifting near me". Impressed with our before-and-after photo albums, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company to work with. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Mitchell. The following week, Mitchell arrived at the home and began a thorough inspection of the home. Mitchell completed the thorough inspection of the sidewalk and confirmed it was suffering from settlement. To prevent the settlement from continuing, Mitchell recommended installing PolyLevel underneath the sinking sidewalk. After hearing the benefits of PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, the homeowner knew this was their best option. Next, Mitchell passed the proposal to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. The Logistics team gave the final stamp of approval, then the plans were passed to our Foreman, Jordan. A few weeks later, Jordan and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Jordan and his crew began by installing PolyLevel underneath the sidewalk. Once the PolyLevel was installed, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. After all the joints and cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew, so they left a glowing review. American Waterworks is delighted to repair its customers' damaged concrete. 

Jeff L. in Saint Paul Park, MN noticed that his concrete driveway had sunk a couple of inches after the change of the season. This had caused a trip hazard and a large bump when driving in and out of the garage. While researching concrete repair, he came across the American Waterworks website and was interested in our PolyLevel concrete solution. He contacted us for a FREE estimate, so we sent Kevin McWithey to his home to design a solution. Jeff was pleased to learn that our PolyLevel solution is more affordable, durable and efficient compared to traditional concrete repair, so he scheduled the installation.

Our PolyLevel experts, Trevor and Brevan drilled small holes into the concrete slabs and then injected the PolyLevel foam until it was raised and even with the garage floor. The process was minimally invasive and only took a couple hours to complete. Jeff is happy with the results and is glad he will be able to enjoy level concrete for years to come!

Robert and Teresa M. of Saint Paul Park didn't have enough support to hold up their floor to their upstairs. They found out that we provide FREE estimates so they got in touch with our office staff and scheduled their appointment. Our Design Specialist, Shane, went to their house, inspected their pre-existing support posts, and proposed our SmartJacks, which are heavy-duty galvanized, steel beams. Robert and Teresa were confident in the system and its design, so they moved forward with the project. 

Our Foreman, Tremaine, and his crew installed seven of our SmartJacks to lift and support the sagging floor joists. This system can hold up to loads of 60,000 pounds. The project took one day and Robert and Teresa were thrilled with the work!
