Marie of Anoka, MN, was beginning to notice that she was experiencing pooling water in the crawl space beneath her home. She wanted to know what could be done to fix the issue, so she gave us a call. When she got in contact with us, she used her FREE estimate with us to have our Design Specialist, Shane, out to her property to do a thorough inspection. When Shane completed, he was able to make a recommendation as to how American Waterworks could best help Marie. He suggested that we wrap the entire space in our CleanSpace to catch any water entering the space through cracks or porous holes in the walls of the space. Next, he wanted to use our drainage matting to ensure that any water would find its way to the appropriate disposal site. The raised dimples on this matting give the water flooding into the crawl space a natural channel underneath the crawl space liner that directs the water to a perimeter drain or sump pump. Marie agreed with Shane's recommendations and work began shortly after. Our Foreman, Chris, was able to make quick work of their installations. They ended up wrapping the basement in 460 sqft of CleanSpace and used another 260 sqft of our drainage matting on the floor of the crawl space. The crew finished the job by using our Spray Foam, a sprayable foam used to insulate the remaining cracks between the floor and ceiling joists.
When the job was completed, Marie was satisfied with the work and happy to know that her waterproofing issues were in the past!
A homeowner in Anoka, MN, worried about the status of their foundation walls. Unsure of who to work with, the homeowner asked a local Facebook group for any suggestions. Several people recommended reaching out to us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. As soon as their appointment was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of Rick, one of our Design Specialists. Once Rick arrived at the home, he began his evaluation of the foundation. Following his detailed analysis, Rick recommended stabilizing the foundation walls. After evaluating all their options, the homeowner decided to go with Rick's recommendations. Once they earned the stamp of approval, our Foreman, Luis, and his crew began the foundation repair project. When they arrived, the crew started by installing four PowerBraces on the north foundation wall. Once the PowerBraces were secured into place, the crew attached five CarbonArmor strips onto the same wall. The crew successfully installed all the foundation stabilization products, so they cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their foundation was stable. American Waterworks is happy to provide another homeowner peace of mind.
An Anoka, MN, homeowner was making dinner one night when she noticed her kitchen floors seemed to be sagging in a few areas. It occurred to her that her kitchen was directly over the crawl space of the home, and was immediately uneasy about what this could mean for the stability of her home. She took to the internet to find crawl space repairs near Anoka, MN, and quickly found our website. She was impressed by other projects we had done in her area and decided to claim her FREE estimate.
When our Design Specialist, Nick S, arrived at the home, he was directed to the crawl space to begin his estimate.
When he concluded, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendation. First, Nick explained that the crawl space needed a supplemental beam, and our SmartJack system. He explained that our SmartJack system is an adjustable supplemental support system used for sagging crawl spaces. It not only provides supplemental support to your failing structure -- it can also often lift failing floor joists or beams, restoring them to their original position. This crawl space support system is unique in that it's made with strong, corrosion-resistant, galvanized steel. Because your system will not develop rust, it will remain adjustable for years, should you need to perform future adjustments. The homeowner liked the sound of Nick's plan and signed on the spot.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Jesus C, and his team effortlessly installed 20 ft of Supplemental Beam, and 3 SmartJacks. Now, our customer has renewed faith in her space!

A homeowner in Anoka, MN, was concerned that the concrete slab in front of her door had caused a trip hazard. Knowing the issue could not wait, the homeowner began searching for concrete repair in Anoka, MN, and found us. After looking through our website and becoming impressed by our reviews, the homeowner contacted us to schedule her FREE estimate.
In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Greg G, arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the problem area. During the inspection, he noticed that the slab had begun tilting one way, causing a big gap for a trip hazard. After taking a close look at the area, Greg created a proposal for the homeowner. In that proposal, Greg recommended installing PolyLevel to lift the sinking slabs and NexusPro to seal the joints. The homeowner did not want to go through the troubles of mudjacking or slab replacement, so she knew that PolyLevel was going to be her best choice. She then contacted us to schedule the installation date.
In about a month, our Foreman, Patrick B., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes along the slabs. Polylevel is then injected beneath it, filling in the voids in the soil and causing the slab to lift. Once it has been lifted and leveled, the crew seals the holes. Lastly, the crew used NexusPro to seal the joints. After they were done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
