Tom and Norma, from Circle Pines, MN, got in contact with us when they began to notice unwanted water in the basement of their home. They didn't want to leave the issue unresolved for fear of further damage so they gave us a call. We set them up with our FREE estimate, entitling them to a thorough inspection of the issue by one of our Design Specialists. Once the appointment was booked, our Design Specialist, Michel, went out to the property to do his walkthrough. Once completed, he informed the homeowners that the water entering their basement was because of faulty windows and wells. He recommended that they invest in our EverLast basement windows, as well are our EverLast SunHouse Window Wells. He explained that, together, this pair would make the basement more energy efficient, add more natural light, and the SunHouse would keep unwanted water out of the space. The couple agreed and work began shortly after. Our Production crew ended up installing 2 windows with SunHouses. When the job was completed, Tom and Norma were happy to know that their basement was now more energy-efficient and safe from unwanted water!
A couple from Lexington, MN got in touch with us when they began to have thoughts of finishing their basement in addition to other projects being done around the house. When they called in, we set them up with our FREE estimate, which entitled them to a thorough inspection by one of our Design Specialists. A member of our Design Specialist team, Ryan, went out to the home to do his walkthrough. When he finished, he had several recommendations for the couple. He recommended the couple think about installing our Egress window to address building codes requiring a point of exit in finished basements. He explained that when paired with our RockWell, a piece of rigid construction, the pair offers an attractive alternative to uglier window wells while still delivering a high degree of safety for the homeowners. The couple agreed and construction began shortly after.
Our crew led by our Foreman, Gabriel, installed two RockWell egress windows throughout their basement. Once the job was completed, the homeowners were happy to have peace of mind knowing that they could finish their basement without worries of safety hazards.
A homeowner in Circle Pines, MN was interested in finding a way to fix her driveway. Over the years she had noticed it becoming slightly bumpy when she drove her car in and out of the garage and knew this was unusual. She had put the problem off for a long time, but realized the problem left unsolved would continue to get worse. She went online in search of a solution and looked up "concrete lifting services near me." The American Waterworks company name popped up on her screen and she quickly became interested in our services and FREE estimates. The homeowner signed up for her own estimate and was later greeted by Design Specialist Kyle Peters. Kyle inspected the driveway and assured the homeowner that something could be done to smooth out the surface again. The homeowner was happy to hear this and agreed to the project plans. One of our Foremen, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his crew arrived at the site to install our PolyLevel concrete lifting solution. On the next scheduled installation day, another Foreman, Ryan Trogstad, went to the site and finished the project by sealing the joints between each slab with NexusPro sealant. A homeowner in Circle Pines, MN, noticed large puddles on their sidewalk after a heavy rainfall. Worried about the long-term effects, the homeowner knew they needed to look into concrete repair services near their area. The homeowner compared several companies, but one company jumped in front of the rest, American Waterworks. Next, the homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Dave, one of our Design Specialists. Dave arrived at the home and began his thorough investigation of the surrounding concrete. Following his evaluation, Dave determined that some of the sidewalk slabs were sinking into the ground. Dave recommended lifting the sidewalk slabs back to their original placement using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After some deliberation, the homeowner decided to go ahead with Dave's suggestions. Once they were approved by the homeowner, they were sent to our Logistics team to put the project together. Once they were finalized, the office assigned the plans to Dylon and his crew to travel to the home to begin. Dylon and his crew arrived at the home and started the project by lifting the sidewalk. Once the sidewalk was lifted back to its original position, the crew shifted their focus to repairing the concrete joints throughout the sidewalk using the NexusPro Joint Sealant, a silicone-based solution. After the joints were replaced, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair the homeowners suffering from sidewalk concrete.
A Lino Lakes, MN, homeowner was facing an issue with his basement. The downstairs bedroom had been taking on water for some time, leading to overly saturated carpets, musty odors, and more. The homeowner was unsure of who offered interior waterproofing MN, but quickly found our website and signed up for his FREE estimate.
Several weeks later, our Design Specialist, Nick S, was headed out to the home. When Nick arrived, he wasted no time getting down into the bedroom to see how bad the problem was. When he finished, he met with the homeowner to deliver his recommendations. First, Nick recommended our CleanSpace, a 100% waterproof tarp-like material that gets installed directly onto the unfinished walls of the basement. This innovative product works to direct intruding water from the wall down and into a perimeter drain, our WaterGuard. This French drain gets installed below the floor of the basement, but atop the footing of the foundation to keep it out of the 'mud zone' where similar drains tend to clog, leading to a flooded basement. The homeowner was thrilled with Nick's recommendations and the two worked together to find the best day for the installation.
On the day of the project, our Foreman, Arturo M, and his team installed 24 ft of our CleanSpace and WaterGuard, successfully restoring our customer's trust and confidence in their home!
