Our production team installed 30 feet of WaterGuard along the perimeter of his basement floor, which guides water to the SuperSump sump pump. The sump pump then pumps the water from the home through the discharge line to the outside, keeping his basement dry. Myron also chose to have a battery backup installed to give him even more peace of mind. Myron can rest easy knowing that he chose a permanent waterproofing solution to protect his home.

Our Foreman, Cole Brinkman, and the production crew got to work. They started the installation by removing the concrete and laying 119 feet of the WaterGuard drainage system around the perimeter of the basement. Then, they installed the sump pump and our CleanSpace vapor barrier along the walls. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there the water is pushed through the discharge line and expelled from the home. Beverly also had a SaniDry XP Dehumidifer installed to ensure her basement was protected from excess moisture. The SaniDry XP removes up to 109 liters of water per day and is more powerful and energy efficient than ever! Beverly is glad she made the investment to protect her home.

To complete the project, our team backfilled and compacted the soil. ensuring the entire space looked neater than when they found it.
