A homeowner in Lake Elmo, MN, disliked the look of their uneven walkway to their home. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Greg. Greg promptly arrived at the home and started his detailed walk-through. After completing the walk-through, Greg confirmed the walkway needed to be lifted. Greg shared his proposal with the homeowners, and they agreed. After selecting the date, our Foreman, Sam, and his crew were assigned to complete the project. First, Sam and his crew started by inserting PolyLevel below the sinking slabs. After PolyLevel was secured, the crew shifted to repairing the joints and cracks with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. Once all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was delighted with the work completed by the crew. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. These window wells provide rigid construction that doesn't collapse from the backfill or allow water to leak through the well walls. to complete the installation, our team backfilled the soil around the egress, ensuring that their working space was neater than when they found it. Toni and Bonnie were thrilled with the completion and their peace of mind was restored!
