A homeowner in Chaseburg, WI, saw that their sidewalk was beginning to sink into the ground. Worried it would affect the home's curb appeal, the homeowner began looking for a solution. While searching, the homeowner came across an article discussing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam solution. After reading the article, the homeowner was convinced. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the appointment was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Will, one of our Design Specialists. After Will arrived at the home, he began his detailed inspection of the sidewalk. Will determined the sidewalk was sinking into the ground and he recommended lifting the concrete back to its original height. Wanting to restore their curb appeal, the homeowner agreed with Will's recommendations. After they were approved, Will sent the plans to the office to be finalized. Next, the plans were directed to our Foreman, Troy, and his crew, so they could begin the project. When they arrived, Troy and his crew began by lifting the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. The crew lifted the entire sidewalk to be even with its original height. Once the PolyLevel was fully installed, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was grateful for the wonderful work completed by the crew. A Chaseburg, WI, homeowner had noticed his concrete sidewalk sinking over the years. He didn't want the issue to persist and didn't care to spend money replacing the entire sidewalk, so he began to look into concrete repair WI. Ross explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete slabs. It slowly fills voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the sunken concrete back to its desired location. Ross went on to say that he wanted to protect the lift using our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets installed to the cracks and joints in the newly lifted concrete and serves as a barrier against moisture. The homeowner liked the sound of Ross's plan, so he scheduled his job on the spot. 

On the day of the installation, Sam K, one of our Foremen, completed the lift and seal with no issues. Now, our customer can rest easy knowing his concrete is level! 

A homeowner in Ettrick, WI was suffering from a wet crawl space and damage to his foundation in his crawl space. Design Specialist Dustin Loftus was able to develop a solution to his problem. Foreman Jose Castillo and his crew installed our crawl space waterproofing system and SmartJacks to stabilize the foundation in his crawl space. The homeowner now has peace of mind knowing that his foundation is solid and his crawl space will remain dry, clean and energy efficient. 

David and Heidi L. of Coon Valley, WI had their annual service appointment with our Service Technician, Darin. Darin examined their system and ensured everything was working properly. Our Foreman, Jose, and his production team began the project by breaking out the concrete floor perimeter, forming a waterway trench. In the trench, our team installed our WaterGuard Drainage System, which is made to prevent water clogs, serve as an underground drain, and collect water seepage from basement walls. To complete the installation, our team filled the open floor gaps with river rock and applied new concrete over them. Steve and Kerry S. of Coon Valley, WI had a big crack in the foundation wall of their garage, causing them to worry about its structural build and stability. They saw one of our advertisements in their local newspaper so they called our office line to schedule a FREE estimate with our Design Specialist. Our Design Specialist went to their home, examined their wall, and drew up the solution of our GeoLock Wall Anchor Repair System. Steve and Kerry got all of their questions answered about the product, so they went ahead with the project and scheduled a date for the installation. 

Our Foreman and his production team began the installation by digging holes outside of the home, beyond the foundation. From the inside of the garage, our team inserted long, metal rods from the inside foundation to each hole outside of the house. On the ends of each rod, our team installed an anchor plate that holds the rod in place in the soil. Next, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor at the end of each rod on the interior foundation. This process stops inward movement and cracking, and allows the foundation to move back into its original position. To complete the installation, our Foreman and his team backfilled each hole outside of the home, compacted the soil, and ensured that the yard and garage looked neater than when they found it.
