Sparta, WI, Concrete Patio Lifted and Leveled

A homeowner in Sparta, WI, tripped entering their home one evening. Worried someone else could be injured, the homeowner knew they needed to find a permanent solution to the issue. Hoping to avoid total concrete replacement, the homeowner looked into "poly concrete lifting near me" and one of the first companies to catch their attention was us, American Waterworks. Impressed with our stellar ratings and reviews, the homeowner knew we were the perfect company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner prepared for the arrival of our Design Specialist, Will. A few days later, Will promptly arrived at the home and began the detailed inspection. During the estimate, Will discovered the concrete was sinking into the ground. To stop the sinking from continuing, Will recommended installing PolyLevel underneath the sinking concrete. After hearing the benefits of PolyLevel, the homeowner knew this was their best plan of action. Next, Will passed the proposal to our Logistics team to build and schedule the project. Our Logistics team gave the final stamp of approval, then the project was scheduled for the following weeks. Once the project date arrived, our Foreman, Sam and his crew traveled to the home to begin the installation. First, Sam and his crew started by installing PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution, underneath the struggling concrete. Once the concrete was lifted back into place, Sam and his crew shifted to inserting NexusPro in the joints and cracks of the concrete. After all the products were secured, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was impressed with the excellent work completed by the crew. American Waterworks is happy to repair its damaged and sunken concrete.

Sinking Concrete Patio Lifted in La Farge, WI

A homeowner from La Farge, WI, had noticed over the years that the concrete patio attached to the back of her home had been sinking. Year after year, she watched as the concrete slipped further away from the back patio door. She didn't want the issue to persist, so she decided to search for concrete repair companies near La Farge, WI. When she saw one of our printed ads in a local newspaper, she knew she had to call to claim her FREE estimate and quote. Several weeks later, Ross J, one of our Design Specialists, headed out to the home.

Ross got right to work assessing the concrete. When he finished, he informed the homeowner that we could fix the sinking concrete with the help of our PolyLevel. Ross stated that our PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when it's injected beneath sinking concrete. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and, in the process, lifts the concrete back into its original position. The homeowner loved the idea of a non-invasive installation, so he scheduled his job for several weeks later.

Our Foreman, Sam K, and his team were able to complete the lift and level with no issues. Now, our customer can enjoy her back patio without worries that her concrete is in trouble.
