Our Foreman and his production team began the project by digging two holes outside beyond the foundation and inserted two long, metal rods from the inside of the foundation to each hole outside of the home. At the end of each rod in the soil, our team installed an anchor plate, which holds the rod in place. Inside of the foundation, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor, which stabilizes the wall. The combination of the anchor plate, rod, and wall anchor ensures that the wall will straighten back into its normal position. To complete the project, our team backfilled each hole, compacted the soil, and ensured the yard looked neater than when they came.

From inside the foundation, our team installed a GeoLock Wall Anchor to the ends of each rod to stabilize the foundation wall. This combination allows the wall to straighten itself out over time and because of the way our anchor system is designed, it can be tightened by the homeowner to ensure it is still doing its job.
