He wanted to find a solution that was non-invasive and wouldn't break the bank, so he started his search and went online and to look up "how to fix a sinking driveway." Loretta K. of Independence, WI had water seeping through her basement cracks. She did some research on our website and filled out our FREE Estimate online form. Our Design Specialist, Charles Haldeman, went to her home to inspect the water problem and come up with a solution. Loretta was comfortable with his proposal, so she set up an installation date.
Our Foreman, Dylon VanCanneyt, and his production team started the installation by cutting out the concrete perimeter of the basement, forming a trench. Next, our team applied 86 feet of our CleanSpace Wall System around the basement walls, which is made to prevent mold and humidity problems and gives the room a clean and bright appearance. Next, our crew installed our WaterGuard System in the trench, which is designed to collect water seepage from basement walls and acts as an underground drain. Lastly, Dylon and his installed out SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump in the corner. Our sump pumps are made to pump water out fast and efficiently while keeping basements dry for many years. To complete the project, our team filled the open gaps with rock and re-applied new concrete. Loretta was extremely satisfied with the work and her peace of mind is restored!

In less than a week, one of our Design Specialists arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, our Design Specialist noticed signs of soil washout and explained to the homeowner that it is the process where water moves through the ground and washes away the supporting soils, keeping the slabs upright. To lift their slabs back to their original position, our Design Specialist recommended using PolyLevel, our elite foam solution. Along with PolyLevel, our Design Specialist recommended NexusPro, our silicone-based sealant, to repair cracks and seal the joints. The homeowner happily agreed to the recommendations and decided to move forward with the project.
In about a month, our Foreman, Troy J., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew began by drilling small holes into the slabs. Next, PolyLevel is injected beneath. Once the slabs are lifted to the desired height, the crew shifts their attention and applies NexusPro along the joints and cracks.
