A homeowner in Buffalo City, MN, wanted to refresh their driveway. Unsure who to work with, the homeowner asked their neighbor for suggestions. Their neighbor referred them to us, American Waterworks. The homeowner called our Appointment Center and signed up for their FREE estimate. Once the estimate was set, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Michel, one of our Design Specialists. Once Michel arrived, he greeted the homeowner and began the estimate appointment. Michel recommended that the joints be cleaned and replaced to give the driveway a new look. The homeowner agreed and a solution was sent to our Foreman, Troy, and his crew. When they arrived at the home, Troy and his crew started by taking out all of the bad joints throughout the driveway. Once the old joints were taken out, the crew replaced them with the NexusPro Sealant. Next, the crew cleaned all the leftover joints. Once all the joints were refreshed, the crew applied the SealantPro over the driveway. After the SealantPro was installed the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner loved the look of their revived driveway. American Waterworks is happy to give another driveway life. 

A homeowner in Waumandee, WI, noticed multiple signs of water damage, such as mold growth, seeping water, and musty odors. Concerned that it would lead to further damage to her home, the homeowner decided to look into basement waterproofing services in the area. In about a week, our Design Specialist, Mac C., arrived at the home for the inspection. During the inspection, Mac explained to the homeowner that a failed footing drain is one of the most common causes of water damage. When this fails, water saturates the soil around the foundation and enters between the footing and the wall. To fix this issue, Mac recommended WaterGuard, our below-the-floor perimeter drain system, CleanSpace, our vapor wall barrier that prevents water from permeating the walls and directs any leads to the drain system, SuperSump+, our elite sump pump system capable of removing 2,200 gallons of water per hour, and IceGuard, our anti-freeze discharge line that allows water to escape in case the pipes freeze. The homeowner happily agreed to Mac's recommendations and scheduled the installation date.

In about a month, our Foreman, Luis D., and his crew arrived at the home for the installation. The crew installed 60ft of WaterGuard, 34ft of CleanSpace, 1 SuperSump+, and 1 IceGuard. Once the crew was done, they cleaned up their equipment and left the home.
