Once he completed his thorough inspection, he was able to make recommendations as to how we could help. Mac recommended the use of our WaterGuard french drainage system. The crew then broke out concrete to make a feed line. From there, our crew connected the existing sump pump to the feedline. Our crew filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. The drainage system now properly guides water to the sump pump, and from there, the sump pump pushes the water through the discharge line and expels it from the home. Second, by using 13, 5-7' SmartJacks, 32 Joist Assist Brackets, and 60ft worth of  Supplemental Beam in the basement, the team permanently stabilized the floors. This solution also assists in waterproofing the home as it addresses mold and humidity issues while repairing your structural issue.

Will explained that PolyLevel is a dense polyurethane foam that expands when injected beneath concrete slabs. It works to fill voids left by soil erosion and slowly lift the slabs back into place. He went on to say that our lifts are completed with the application of our NexusPro. This silicone-based sealant gets applied to the cracks and joints of the concrete and works to prevent debris or moisture from getting below the slab. The homeowner liked the sound of the plan, and work began a few weeks later.
