GeoLock Wall Anchor Installation in Bangor, WI

Scott from Bangor, WI had severe cracks in his foundation and his basement walls were caving in, causing Scott to worry about the structural integrity of his barn. This issue with his foundation caused water to enter the farm's basement, making the soil wet and unstable for the barn. Scott then got in contact with the Appointment Center here at American Waterworks to claim his FREE estimate with our Design Specialist, Dustin Loftus. Dustin went to his farm and did a thorough inspection and get a proper diagnosis of the situation to help Scott. Once the situation was carefully inspected, Dustin proposed that the solution for the damaged wall was the installation of our GeoLock Wall Anchors. Scott was confident in the proposal and scheduled an installation date right away.

Our Foreman, Jose Castillo, and his production team then began the project by stabilizing the wall to prevent the wall from further caving in during the process of installation. The production crew then drilled 6 holes through the foundation into the hard-packed soil to install the six GeoLocks that are needed. At the end of each rod was a GeoLock Anchor which helps stabilize and straighten the foundation wall. Once the GeoLocks had been placed and secured, the production team then dug the soil to expose the exterior of the failing wall and be able to waterproof the failing wall to prevent water from seeping through. Once finished with this process. the production team then patched and sealed the cracks on the failing wall.

Scott was very satisfied with the work done and was not worried that the foundation of his barn would cave in!!

A homeowner in Bangor, WI, noticed their sidewalk was rising. Wanting to solve the issue permanently, the homeowner began looking into the concrete repair options near them. The homeowner searched "fix raised sidewalk" near Bangor, WI, and came across our services. Impressed by our before and after concrete repair photos, the homeowner knew we were the best option for them. Once they signed up for their FREE estimate, the homeowner awaited the arrival of Ross, one of our Design Specialists. Ross arrived at the home and began his full inspection of the raised concrete. Following his analysis, Ross determined that the sidewalk was sinking due to soil settlement. To stop the settlement from continuing, Ross recommended lifting the sidewalk using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. Knowing this was their best option, the homeowner agreed. Once approved, the plans were sent to the office and directed to the assigned crews. Our Foreman, Dylon, and his crew were assigned to complete the task. After they arrived, Dylon and his crew started by lifting the sidewalk and the driveway. Once both were properly lifted, the crew shifted their focus to filling the several cracks throughout the sidewalk and driveway. The crew used NexusPro, a silicone-based solution, to fill these cracks. Once the cracks were repaired, the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their sidewalk was properly lifted and leveled. American Waterworks is glad to assist another homeowner in need.

Settling Patio Gets Lifted in Bangor, WI

A couple from Bangor, WI, noticed that the concrete patio under their deck was beginning to sink, creating a huge tripping hazard. Cracked Foundation Repair in Chetek, WI

In Chetek, WI, a homeowner had grown concerned after noticing multiple cracks on their foundation walls. Knowing the issue would only worsen without the right permanent solution, the homeowner began looking into foundation repair contractors in the area and found our website. Impressed by our reviews, the homeowner contacted us to schedule their FREE estimate.

In less than a week, our Design Specialist, Nick C, arrived at the home to provide a thorough inspection of the foundation walls. During the inspection, he took a close look at the foundation walls, determining which needed stabilizing. After reporting his findings to the homeowner, Nick explained the importance of early action. When a homeowner notices cracks in their foundation, it is a sign that the pressure exceeds what the walls can withstand. To stabilize the foundation walls, Nick recommended installing GeoLock, our wall anchoring system, and CarbonArmor, our carbon fiber wall reinforcement system. Both are designed to stabilize foundation walls and halt further movement. Confident in our team, the homeowner decided to move forward with the project.
