A homeowner in Fargo, ND, knew it was time to repair the gap in the front of their entrance. Knowing they could not repair the front step themselves, the homeowner began looking into "concrete lifting and leveling near me". While comparing several companies, the homeowner came across us, American Waterworks, and noticed our impressive rating and reviews. Once they saw our concrete before and afters, the homeowner knew we were the ideal company for their project. Since they were already on our website, the homeowner decided to sign up for their FREE estimate. After the estimate details were finalized, the homeowner awaited the arrival of our Design Specialist, Dylan. The following week, Dylan arrived at the home and began his thorough inspection of the concrete. During the inspection, Dylan confirmed that several areas were lacking due to soil settlement. To prevent the issue from progressing, Dylan recommended lifting the sidewalk back into place using PolyLevel, a polyurethane foam injection solution. After hearing the benefits of PolyLevel, the homeowner knew it was the ideal plan for their home. Next, Dylan passed the proposal to our Logisitcs team to give the final stamp of approval. Our Logistics team approved the project, then the proposal was sent to our Foreman, Charlie, and his crew to begin the installation. A few weeks later, Charlie and his crew traveled to the home to begin the lift. First, Charlie and his crew injected PolyLevel underneath the sinking walkway. Once the walkway was lifted, the crew shifted to filling the cracks and joints with NexusPro, a silicone-based solution. The cracks were all repaired, so the crew cleaned up their materials and left the home. The homeowner was relieved to know their concrete was properly lifted back into place. American Waterworks is happy to give its homeowners peace of mind knowing their concrete is properly lifted.

A customer from North Dakota got in contact with us about their need to seal off their crawl space area to prevent water from entering. Our Design Specialist, Kole, determined the best plan of action to be to remove any debris such as concrete chunks and rocks, encapsulate the area with CleanSpace, and spray Foamax to seal off any remaining points of entry. Now the homeowners have peace of mind knowing their crawl space will be energy efficient and water-free!
Don and Lillian M. of Fargo, ND had water leaking in their basement and their foundation walls were bowing inward. They set up a FREE Estimate with our Design Specialist, Rick Weber, who inspected their problem and came up with a solution.
Our Foreman, Matt Zeller, and his production team broke out the concrete perimeter of the basement floor to form a trench and installed five of our PowerBraces, which are made to stabilize bowing foundation walls and straighten them over time. Next, our crew installed our WaterGuard System in the trench, which serves as an underground drain. To complete the job, Matt and his team filled the open gaps with rock and replaced the concrete. Don and Lillian were grateful we were able to save the basement of their home!
Andrew B. of Fargo, ND had water continuously leaking from his pre-existing sump pump and needed repairs. He did some research online and came across American Waterworks and our sump pump installations. After filling out our online FREE Estimate form, we sent out our Design Specialist, Dylan Woitas, to help him come up with a solution to his problem. After a thorough inspection, Andrew was comfortable with Dylan's plan, so he went ahead with the project.
Our Foreman, Tremaine Jackson, and his production team began the project by cutting out the concrete around the pre-existing sump pump and replacing it with our SuperSump Plus M53 sump pump. Our sump pumps are made to keep basements dry for long periods of time. Next, our team cut out 58 feet of concrete around the floor perimeter, forming a trench. In the trench, Tremaine and his team installed our WaterGuard System, which acts as an underground drain, collects water seepage from basement walls, and guides water to the sump pump. To complete the project, our crew covered the open gaps with rock and applied new concrete. Andrew was happy with the work and no longer has to worry about water leaking into his basement!
