PolyLevel is then injected beneath the slabs, filling in the voids and lifting the slabs. Once the slabs have been lifted to the desired height, the crew seals the holes and focuses their attention on applying NexusPro. They applied NexusPro along the joints and cracks. After they were done with the installation, the crew cleaned up their equipment and left the home.

A home in Renville, MN had major structural issues in the basement and the bank that owned the home knew that they value would be decreased if it was not repaired. The bank called American Waterworks to receive a FREE estimate, so we sent one of our Design Specialists, Shane Nephew,  to the home to meet with a bank representative. Shane designed a plan to permanently repair the foundation using wall anchors, and the bank approved of the solution, so we scheduled an installation.

Our crew drilled long, metal rods through the block foundation wall and into the soil surrounding the home. They secured the rods by installing anchor plates on each end and tightening them as far as they could go. The anchors should continue to be tightened over time as well to help straighten the wall back to its original position.
